GST MONTHLY FILING SERVICES

WHAT IS GST RETURN AND HOW DO YOU FILE MONTHLY RETURN
Registration Limit:
A supplier whose aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds Rs.20 lakhs, shall be liable to be registered under the CGST ACT Following person shall not be liable for registration

• Exempt supply under CGST or IGST Act
• An agriculturist, supply of produce out of cultivation of land

Every person registered under GST will have to file following returns.
A) Registered person
b) Input service Distributor (ISD)
c) Person liable TDS U/s 51 and TCS u/s 52
d) Non Resident taxable person.

The GST return filing process is simplified now:-

• Al taxpayers would file return in FORM GSTR-3B along with payment of tax by 20th of the succeeding month till March ,2018
• For Filing FORM GSTR-1 till Mach 2018, tax payers would be divided two categories
• • Tax payer’s annual aggregate turnover up to Rs.1.5cr- File GSTR-1 on quarterly basis.
  • Tax payer’s annual aggregate turn over more than Rs.1.5cr- File GSTR-1 on Monthly basis
  • The time period for filing GSTR-2 and GSTR-3 for the month of July 2017 to March 2018 would be worked out by a committee of officers.

How do I file GST RETURN?
1. Complete your accounts on monthly basis
2. Integrate the return information from your software to GSTN / upload offline excel on GSTN

1. Total Sales Value, Tax amount (IGST ,CGST and SGST)
2. IF any Reverse Charge
3. Export Sales details
4. Exempted Sales details
5. All Eligible ITC (Purchases)
