LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION (LLP)

Minimum Requirements for LLP

• Minimum 2 Designated Partners (DP)
• At least 1 of the DP shall be Indian resident
• If a body corporate is DP then it has to nominate a natural person
• Director Identification No.(DIN) has to be obtained by 2 partners
• Digital Signature Certificate of any one of that 2 DP

• 1. Copy of PAN card
• 2. Current Occupation
• 3. Educational Qualification
• 4. Place of birth
• 5. Permanent Residential Address
• 6. Phone Number and Email ID
• 7. Present address
• 8. Address Proof
• 9. One Photograph of applicant

• DSC form duly signed by Director (DSC Form will be provided by us)
• 1 colour photograph required and a signature across the photo is required
• Address proof and ID proof is required (attested by Bank Manager OR Post Master OR Gazetted Officer)
• Copy of PAN (Permanent Account Number)
• Contact details of attesting officer

• Give at least 4 options in the order of preference
• Proposed monetary value of partner's contribution
• Give significance of the name proposed

• Business Activities to be carried out by the LLP
• Rental agreement in case of rental /building tax receipt in case of owned registered office of the company
• ID and Address proof of DP
